What is the cancellation policy for conferences?
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel your booking. Please contact us if affected by extenuating life circumstances.

  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled session, course, or event: No refunds will be provided.

  • Cancellation between 2 to 4 weeks before the scheduled date: A 50% refund will be issued, excluding bank transaction fees.

  • Cancellation between 4 to 6 weeks before the scheduled date: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund, excluding bank transaction fees.

  • Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the scheduled date: Free cancellations with full refunds or rescheduling options.

What is the cancellation policy for membership?
Membership cancellations can be managed through your account settings. Please review our membership terms and conditions for details.

What is the cancellation policy for Huddle sessions?

  • For Thrive & Huddle Membership holders: You can cancel your registration for free at no extra cost. As a member, you’ll still have full access to the session video as part of your membership.
     

  • For one-off ticket holders: Cancellations must be submitted via our contact form. Refunds are processed as follows:

    • Up to 4 weeks before the event: Full fee less a £2.50 administration fee.

    • Within 2 weeks before the event: 50% of the registration fee.

    • Less than 1 week before the event: No refunds will be issued.
