Refund Policy
Acceptable Reasons for a Refund.
1. Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card:
A FULL refund is applicable for credit/debit card payments if your card was used fraudulently. We will require proof and bank letters as evidence of fraud.
2. Illegal or Unauthorized Use.

Refunds are applicable for any illegal or non-approved/non-sanctioned use of your credit/debit card or billing information.
3. Double Payment.

Refunds are applicable for any double payments are made and confirmed by Elite Exams.

The double payment must occur within fifteen (15) days of the original payment.
4. Refunds:

Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the original payment date.

Note: All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Elite Exams.

Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment.
5. Bank Transaction Fees: Please note that any bank transaction fees incurred during refunds or cancellations will be borne by the participant and deducted from the refund amount
